We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions or profiling.
Who receives your data
- Resend (email delivery of enquiries to our inbox).
- Calendly (scheduling), only if you use the calendar.
- Google (analytics), only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Our hosting provider (Netlify or equivalent) and email provider, who process data on our behalf.
Each acts under a data-processing agreement or equivalent terms. We may disclose data where the law requires it.
International transfers
We operate from Türkiye, and some providers above are based in the United States. Where data moves outside the UK or the EEA we rely on the safeguards the law allows, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, standard contractual clauses, or an adequacy decision. Ask us for details at sales@aydincelik.com.tr.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become a project: deleted after 24 months.
- Client records and contracts: kept for the period tax and accounting law requires.
- Analytics data: held by Google for 14 months, then deleted automatically.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR (and Article 11 of KVKK) you can ask us to: confirm whether we hold your data and give you a copy; correct it; erase it; restrict or object to our use of it; and move it to another provider. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time, as easily as you gave it, using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Email sales@aydincelik.com.tr and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, or to Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK). We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

The site is served over HTTPS, enquiries are sent to us by encrypted email delivery, and access to our inbox is restricted. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
